Return Policy:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items like used crockery, damaged by customer, or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange:
Exchange is only possible if the product received is broken, defective, or incorrect.
